Part of OneMedical Group, OneMedical Property was the founding arm of the group. It was launched in 2004 to develop, build, manage and invest in patient and population centred health care buildings and facilities. Our aim was to create and invest in thoughtfully designed healthcare properties that empower professionals to provide exceptional care to patients, families, and local communities.

What we do

Since 2004, OneMedical Property has delivered over 80,000m2 of multi-tenanted buildings ranging from 500m2 to 4,000m2. Buildings include NHS Acute, Community and Mental Health Trusts, GP practices, Pharmacies, 3rd sector organisations, commercial organisations, Fitness providers and local groups.

We have designed, built and invested in over £100m of patient centred, innovative, primary and community care premises.

Each one of our schemes is tailored to the needs of the local population and responds and enhances the environment they are located in, both from a design and an outcome focussed care delivery perspective.

We bring in the experience of our NHS care delivery arm, OneMedicare to ensure each one of our buildings reflects and responds to the health and social care needs of each local population.

We are now actively working on our next portfolio of buildings expanding our reach to Local Authority and NHS Trusts and Primary Care Networks, (PCNs), to develop and deliver larger, multi-functional wellbeing led buildings and facilities.

Meet the team

We have an experienced team of estates specialists, healthcare consultants, business analytics and population health management specialists who work with our GP practice and provider tenants, (including PCNs), to help them understand their patient population and health needs. All this will ensure the buildings that care is delivered from is fit for purpose for both the medium and long term, for patients, the workforce working from within it and the wider communities.

Co-Founder and Chief Executive
Rachel was a founder of the company in 2004, which started with specialist healthcare property development with people-centred design at heart. In 2006, as CEO, Rachel led on the addition of an NHS primary care provider, in partnership with local GPs, with both arms of the business growing alongside each other.

Dave joined OneMedical Property in 2014, bringing with him over 35 years of experience within the property industry. Dave is responsible for the quality of all of our schemes, whatever form they take, and ensuring positive relationships with our construction partners which result in great buildings and care environments.

Head of Delivery and Asset Management
Natalie has over 15′ years experience in property and facilities management, with a proven track record in the management and maintenance of multi-tenanted commercial properties, industrial units, residential and retail property. She brings experience, excellent negotiation skills and organisation.

Isabel Driver

Associate Project Manager
Isabel joined OneMedical Property as an Apprentice Project Manager in 2023 and has since completed her Level 4 APM qualification. Now an Associate Project Manager, she supports the delivery of projects from planning through to completion, coordinating teams and ensuring works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

We work with a dedicated specialist team of advisors and consultants, including architects, structural engineers, healthcare valuation experts, planning advisors and healthcare lawyers, to ensure bespoke expertise is provided to each of our clients.

While our dedicated property team leads every project, we are also supported by the wider OneMedical Group team, bringing together expertise from operations, finance, business management and healthcare leadership.

Our property specialists regularly collaborate with OneMedical Group site managers on facilities management matters, seek input from clinical experts when healthcare environments require specialist insight, and work closely with our operational leadership team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and strategically.
