The OneMedical Property Team recently visited Aspull Church Primary School in Wigan to work with the children there as part of the development of a Community Orchard which is due to open this summer at Aspull Health & Wellbeing.

For the past 12 months, following consultation with key stakeholders and local groups, we have designed an energy efficient and sustainable Health Centre for the local community to be proud of, offering services that will meet your current and emerging health care needs.
Located in the heart of your community on the redeveloped GP and Clinic site, your fully accessible Health Centre will offer:
- Improved parking facilities with disabled parking access
- Bicycle/Motorcycle secure parking
- Community rooms for you to book
- A safe and secure environment with local Police presence
- Attractive external landscaping to include a community orchard
The new building is on course to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, which is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for planning buildings. Find out more here.
OneMedical Property will be the landlords of the new building and your NHS services will continue to be run and delivered by the current teams.
